The challenge

DCZ Legal does serious, high-stakes work — estate planning, elder law, probate litigation, and fiduciary counsel for Washington, D.C. families. Its website didn't show it.

The old site worked against the firm. Clashing colors and mismatched graphics, clip-art and generic stock photos — even a stray design placeholder left in plain view — competed for attention on every page. The copy talked about the firm ("we aim to strengthen families") instead of the person reading it. A prospective client couldn't quickly understand the practice, gauge the firm's credibility, or see an obvious next step.

In short: a sophisticated firm was being represented by an unsophisticated brand — and it was costing them the confidence of the exact clients they wanted to serve.

What we did

Law Firm Partners took over the firm's marketing and rebuilt its public presence end to end. This is the Marketing & Client Acquisition work we do for every firm we run — applied here from the ground up.

Brand identity

A refined, cohesive visual system — a deep, trustworthy palette, elegant typography, and a consistent look on every page — that signals the caliber of the practice before a word is read.

Messaging & positioning

We reframed everything around the client and the outcome. "Protect what you've built. Provide for who you love." Clear, human language replaced legal throat-clearing, so a visitor immediately understands what the firm does and why it matters to them.

Art direction & photography

Consistent, professional photography of the attorneys — credible, current, and unmistakably the same firm from page to page.

Website & client journey

A clear structure that guides a visitor from first impression to first call: a "continuum of care" across practice areas, a step-by-step path from consultation to plan, attorney bios that lead with real credentials, an FAQ that answers the questions clients actually have, and one obvious call to action.

Trust & content

We surfaced the proof — 20+ years of practice, D.C. Bar leadership, multiple jurisdictions, professional certifications, and client testimonials — and built a genuine insights section, structured to be found in search and to establish the firm as a voice in elder law and estate planning.

Credibility
