A LinkedIn presence that finally matches the firm.

We rebuilt dCZ Legal's LinkedIn — the founder's personal profile and the company page — from an off-brand, credential-heavy presence into a clean, benefit-led one built to turn referrals and searchers into booked consultations.

Judith's personal profile — before & after

Before
Judith del Cuadro-Zimmerman's LinkedIn profile before the makeover — off-brand teal banner reading "Comprehensive Counsel for Fiduciaries and Complex Estates", a long credential-heavy headline, and LinkedIn's long default URL.

Before: off-brand teal banner, a long credential-first headline, and LinkedIn's default long URL.

After
Judith del Cuadro-Zimmerman's LinkedIn profile after the makeover — forest-green branded banner reading "Protect what you've built. Provide for who you love.", a benefit-led headline, and the clean vanity URL linkedin.com/in/judithdcz.

After: on-brand banner, benefit-led headline with a clear next step, and the clean URL /in/judithdcz.

The founder's actual LinkedIn profile, before and after the makeover.

The challenge

Judith del Cuadro-Zimmerman is one of the most credentialed fiduciary attorneys in Washington, D.C. — Co-Chair of the D.C. Bar's Estates, Trusts & Probate Law Community, admitted in three jurisdictions. Her LinkedIn didn't say any of that in a way a referral source could actually use.

Two problems, repeated across both her personal profile and the firm's company page:

On LinkedIn, referral sources and prospective clients form an impression in seconds. A dated banner and a credential dump quietly cost the firm the trust it had already earned.

What we did

Law Firm Partners rebuilt both LinkedIn surfaces to match the new brand and speak to the client — the same Marketing & Client Acquisition work we run for every firm we manage.

On-brand banners

New banners on both pages, matched to the website's forest-green identity and anchored by the firm's promise: "Protect what you've built. Provide for who you love." One firm, one look, everywhere a prospect might check.

A headline that speaks to clients

We rewrote the headline around who she serves and what they get — estate planning, probate, elder law, and fiduciary counsel for D.C.-area families, 15+ years of experience, and a clear invitation to a complimentary consultation — instead of an internal list of titles.

A simpler name and a rewritten company page

We renamed the company page from the formal "del Cuadro-Zimmerman, PLLC" to the clean, memorable dCZ Legal — the name clients and referral sources actually use — and rewrote the entire About section to lead with the client's stakes ("When you carry fiduciary responsibility, the stakes are personal and the margin for error is thin"). We named the referral sources the firm serves, expanded the specialties, and added a phone number and a direct booking link — turning a static page into a working front door.

Clean, professional URLs

We cleaned up every part of both pages, down to the web address. We claimed simple, professional URLs — linkedin.com/in/judithdcz and linkedin.com/company/dczlegal — replacing the long, auto-generated strings LinkedIn hands out by default. They're easy to share, easy to say out loud, and reinforce the brand every time they appear on a business card, email signature, or referral.

Behind the scenes: built to be found

Not everything that matters on LinkedIn is visible on the page. We also went through the settings a visitor never sees — the skills, the areas of expertise, the specialties and interests, and the keywords that power LinkedIn's own search — and aligned them with the exact terms the firm's ideal clients and referral sources search for. The result is that Judith and dCZ Legal now surface for the right searches, not just look good once someone lands on the profile. Discoverability and first impression, both handled.

The result

dCZ Legal's LinkedIn now works as hard as the rest of its brand:

dCZ Legal is led by attorney Judith del Cuadro-Zimmerman, who is also a partner and Chief Legal Officer at Law Firm Partners.
